Gregory Bright, a man from New Orleans, was convicted of murder at the age of twenty and sentenced to life in prison without parole. While in prison, he began studying law and, with the support of the New Orleans Innocence Project, was able to prove his innocence. After 27 years and 7 months, he was finally released. Today, he works as a lecturer and actor, advocating for justice.
